I’d like to thank your team for their full support over the past 2 years. It has been extremely challenging times, and I can only imagine how difficult it has been.

We all know how dynamic the environment is now and the longer this has gone on the more challenging it has been, especially personally, the pressure does get to people and it is understandable.

 

However, during this time LS Express have showcased what they are about. The continuous and consistent support has been beyond what should be normally expected.

When we needed information, you have followed through, contacting directly to the agents, providing consistent and accurate information to help us support our customers.

This timely information has assisted the next best course of action to support our customers but also it is a reflection on our company.

 

It is paramount that we fully support our customers and are accountable for our actions. LS Express has shown that nothing is too much trouble, be it mixed airlifts/sea freight, Certificates of origin, information, regardless of the requests they get the job done and keep us up to date along the way.

 

More importantly, it is how they do this, the relationship between both companies is the best I’ve known compared to any other freight forwarder. Every member of LS Express is courteous and friendly, no matter how busy they are, they always make you feel important. This is recognised and I’d like to say a big thank you on behalf of Lynbond for your team’s excellent performance and the fantastic customer service LS Express has provided for the past two years.

 

And truly congratulations because this has not been an easy time, many companies only wish to be this good, so well done.
